Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, free of odors, stains, sweat, makeup, or visible damage, and including all original components and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@overay.com with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
For returns due to change of mind, incorrect order, or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost once the issue is confirmed.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We may request photos or video to verify the issue before approving a return or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of use or wear, including sweat, makeup, skin oils, odors, or visible damage.
We also do not accept returns for:
- items returned without prior approval
- items missing components or not in original condition
- gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@overay.com.
