Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from South Korea.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or courier delays.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. If your region is unavailable at checkout, contact us at contact@overay.com

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by local customs.
In such cases, refunds for shipping or unreturned items will not be provided.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or unclaimed status may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Refunds (if eligible) exclude original shipping costs.
